This Sunday, September 27th, Rev. Mari Gabrielson continues the series on Brene’ Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection. This week we look at Cultivating Calm and Letting Go of Anxiety. Morgan Freeman said: Learning how to be still, to really be still, and let life happen, that stillness becomes a radiance. Another quote of Truth: Calm is finding stillness in the moment, instead of waiting for life to change.
